Our Calling
IIT is a company led by subject area experts that work at the intersection of their respective fields and psychedelics. Our leaders include the most recognized and dedicated psychedelic-informed providers in Minnesota. We strive to heal our communities with psychedelics and integrative healing practices, create and share knowledge, and contribute to the study of psychedelics. We anchor ourselves in honoring the history and sacredness of many lineages of medicine.
Healing
We create intentional and welcoming spaces for all who are seeking wholeness, connecting people to the healing power of psychedelic and integrative therapies
Training
We educate the next generation of psychedelic- assisted therapy providers with our passion for this field, ensuring that this work can flourish with integrity
Research
We expand the body of knowledge in the field of psychedelic medicine, sharing the evidence-based and consciousness-expanding potential of these medicines with the broader community
Our Approach
We aim to help people reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with what’s most important to them. We understand that each individual who reaches out to us for care is unique and complex, bringing their own constellation of physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual experiences. We intentionally seek to witness people as multi-dimensional beings living in an intricate world. IIT is composed of professionals from various therapeutic disciplines. We have joined forces to provide innovative, state-of-the-art psychedelic and integrative practices to address all levels of well-being.
We believe in integrity and commitment in our relationships and to be a compass to those wanting to chart a new course for their life.
Our Core Values
These values reflect who we are as a team and what we stand for as a company:
- Liberation – we are driven to help people alleviate suffering so they can reach their highest potential
- Integrity – We value self-growth and self-reflection and walk in alignment with our values;
- Ethics – we instill the ethical use of psychedelics and other healing practices in our clinicians as well as the next generation of providers that we train
- Commitment – we are dedicated to high standards of care and continuous evaluation of our practices to attune to the needs of those we serve
- Relationships – We know that listening and witnessing in relationships is the core of all healing; we work collaboratively with one another so that we can support people with multiple avenues for wellness.
- Pioneering – We seek to change the narrative around non-ordinary states of consciousness and medicine through the development, training, and research of unconventional, ethical & research-based approaches
- Social Justice – We respect all people no matter their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability status, political ideology, socioeconomic status, or other social identities; we seek to find ways to make these treatments accessible to all communities
- Interconnectedness – We believe in the shared connection we have to one another as humans and seek to restore and build a balanced relationship to the natural world we live in
