Nicole provides a warm, collaborative, non-judgemental environment for self-discovery and healing. She’ll hold a safe space for you to try on new ways of being in alignment with your authentic self. The work she does is unique to each individual drawing from a variety of theories and modalities including holistic wellness, dialectical behavioral therapy, sandtray therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and emotionally focused couples therapy.
Nicole has been practicing therapy since 2012 and believes healing happens through authentic connection. She has developed a passion for working with individuals who recognize the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul. Prior to doing therapy, Nicole worked internationally in advertising and journalism living in various countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, the Caucasus, the Balkans, and the Caribbean. She is currently on her own healing journey enjoying the adventure with her husband and three children. In her free time she enjoys reading, yoga, cooking, and outdoor adventures
