Kari Lyn has been advocating for the healing and wellbeing of others for over 30 years. She is an
experienced Therapist, Supervisor and Life Coach and has worked in both secular and spiritual settings. Kari Lyn loves being able to see clients release ties that have kept them stuck or in pain, helping them to reach their wellness goals. Clients say that she is easy to talk to and authentic, compassionate yet challenging. She has a deep desire to help people feel accepted and supported as they gain insight and tools to live a life they feel great about.

Kari Lyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Life Coach, LMFT, LPC and LPCC Board Approved Supervisor, speaker, teacher, and writer. She has an insatiable desire to learn and loves researching and finding the most effective ways to help her clients. She works with individuals, couples, and families, favoring modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy/experiencing, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), AIR Network, KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy), Neurology, Guided Imagery, Adaptive Healing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

When she’s not working or learning, her favorite thing to do is travel, but because she can’t do that all
the time, she also enjoys yoga, meditation, singing, walks in nature and meaningful conversations with her tribe (family and close friends).

Kari Lyn loves to encourage others toward a path of wellness and discovery and she would love to work with you.
