She provides a safe, judgement-free, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and experience healing, hope, and empowerment. She believes in using eastern and western modalities to help people manage difficult situations and emotions. She often uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), elements of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, with a focus on learning new and healthier ways to cope. Amy helps people to be the best versions of themselves and to create a life with more joy.
