Amie Summers, MSW, LICSW serves her community as a psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist, coach, consultant, and trainer of mental health practitioners around the world. The express intention at the center of Amie’s work is to support clients in moving in the direction of a better-feeling life and relationships. In her 15+ years in the healthcare and mental health fields, she has come to know and trust that each of us possesses an innate impulse for healing. Regardless of the suffering experienced along the way, within us continues to reside exactly what’s needed to allow for more meaningful, vibrant, and connected living.

As a lifelong learner with insatiable curiosity, Amie’s education and training are ongoing. She earned her Masters of Social Work degree from Springfield College, and since then has trained in a variety of modalities, including: Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Parts/Systems work, Mindfulness, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (currently a trainer). She’s a certified Organic Intelligence Coach, and serves in a Faculty role at Organic Intelligence®.

Amie continues to study under wise teachers, mentors, and elders, all of whom are committed to alleviating suffering on/for our planet. Her greatest teachers may be her three young children – experts in living joyfully in the here-and-now. She recognizes that along with the challenges of parenting (and they are aplenty!) come some of our most important opportunities for growth, playfulness, deep gratitude, and self-actualization.
