Andrea is the heart behind the healing atmosphere at the Institute for Integrative Therapies. A registered dietitian with a passion for whole-person wellness, Andrea brings creativity, structure, and care to everything she does.

She has been with IIT since its inception, first bringing life into the space as the clinic’s plant nurturer and aesthetic visionary. Today, Andrea runs the clinic’s daily operations while shaping its physical and energetic environment. From curating serene treatment rooms to creating nourishing artwork that supports the healing energy of the space, Andrea ensures every detail reflects care and purpose. Andrea shares this work — and life — with her husband and IIT founder, Dr. Manoj Doss, and their beloved dog Pickles, who reminds everyone that play is essential to healing.
