At the heart of my work is a belief that healing doesn’t have to look one specific way. It can be quiet or messy, structured or intuitive, traditional or creative. I believe that healing occurs using a client-centered and collaborative approach. I focus on creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Wherever you are in your process, I am here to listen, support, and guide you on your healing journey with empathy and respect.

I use a trauma-informed approach with the belief that we have all had adverse experiences or trauma in our lifetime. I commonly pull from modalities that include CBT, EMDR, Attachment Therapy, ACT, IFS and Somatic-based therapy. There are many other cognitive and behavioral techniques that I may incorporate if there is evidence that doing so would benefit you.
