Bridget Schumann, MSW, LICSW, CCTP-II is an integrative therapist whose work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection- to ourselves, to others, to the natural world, and to the innate wisdom of the body. She supports adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness/disability, and the integration of psychedelic and ketamine-assisted healing experiences.
Her approach blends traditional psychotherapy with somatic, relational, mindfulness-based, and nature-centered practices, creating space for clients to move toward greater authenticity, self-understanding, and embodied wellbeing. She believes each person carries an inherent capacity for healing, even amidst profound suffering, and approaches therapy with curiosity, humor, compassion, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Bridget earned her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University, and continues ongoing study in integrative and experiential approaches to healing, including psychedelic integration, herbalism, nervous system regulation, and forest bathing. Bridget draws from therapeutic modalities such as somatic internal family systems, narrative therapy, ecotherapy, DBT, CBT and has been certified as a clinical trauma professional and integrative mental health professional.
