Lifestyle and Preventative medicine aim to support you in reducing the risk of future disease and injury and to manage or reverse the course of existing injury and disease. We focus on finding a balance in navigating: sleep, relationships with food and substances, physical activity and movement, relationship to others & community, effects of stress on the body.

People with chronic conditions such as cardiovascular struggles, metabolic disease (diabetes), high blood pressure. People who are aiming to create a healthy lifestyle to maintain a higher quality of life as they age, including people transitioning from young adulthood into middle age
